I got 2 packs of chicken thighs for $8 today! (My Canadian peeps will understand the joy of buying $25 worth of chicken for $8) So I obviously have to make butter chicken out of them! I’ve never made butter chicken before and so scared I’ll use a shit recipe and end up wasting good meat.
If you have a recipe that you SWEAR by, and beginner level, I’d love it if you could share that recipe!
