Last week, somewhere in the depth of the reddit food world, someone posted a pic of the a type of bread they made that looked amazing and I stupidly didn't save it and I can't find it!
I remember thinking that the name was similar to stroop bead. In the recipe, it talked about making a starter with either sough dough or dry yeast, salt, water and small amount of flour and leaving it to raise for at least 24 hours before, then adding more flour etc.
If anyone can find the name of this bread or the post I would be so grateful!!
