I made some pumpkin pie as a test run for Thanksgiving. We have enough filling left over to make another pie, but I don’t want us to get burnt out on pumpkin pie before then.
It’s got pumpkin purée, three eggs, a cup of cream, some sugar, brown sugar, flour, syrup, and spices in it. All the recipes I keep finding are just for pumpkin purée.
Can I make anything out of this stuff other than pie? I’m a newbie baker so any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong place!
