I'm going to my girlfriends house tomorrow night to meet her family. I volunteered to bring dinner.
I'm making pulled pork (which is currently having a 20 sous vide bath), coleslaw, beans, and cornbread. The coleslaw and beans are recipes that I have been making for years and I'm confident that they will be well received. I don't share that confidence with my cornbread. I've never been happy with it.
Everytime I make it, it comes out dry and crumbly.
Who has a recipe that is foolproof and comes out like moist cake?
