My ex boyfriend's mother used to make this amazing mushroom soup. It was rich and buttery but it wasn't cream of mushroom and it wasn't a clear soup. It was a brown broth with mushrooms and i can't seem to find a recipe online that matches it. I'd love to make this and I knew asking here, I'd have the best shot at getting the right recipe.
