I got a bit lazy over the past 2 weeks and didn’t pick anything from my garden. Fast forward to today - i have 6 zucs in the area of two feet long and plenty fat around. What do I do with these? I mean, I wouldn’t even need a whole one for zucchini bread but will probably make a bunch of loaves. Is there a good way to store or any good pickling recipes? Id be super bummed to see them go to waste but my neighbors are getting sick of my free garden fare. Thanks!
