[Request] What to do with this leftover pot roast stock

hey folks - i'm normally fairly handy at figuring out what to do with leftovers...but.

I have a full bowl's worth of leftover stock with bits (with a nicely congealed fat layer on top) from making a pot roast in an instant pot on Sunday, and i reckon it'd be a great idea to try and convert it into a bowl of ramen - but i'm at a bit of a loss as to what to add how to go about it.

any suggestions? in terms of ingredient availability, i'm in the US with ready access to Harris Teeter or Safeway
