Recipe ideas for a lonely college kid?

Hi guys!

I am currently a college student living in an apartment. I find myself making a lot of the same recipes over and over again because I can’t find many good quality recipes that will only serve one person. Does anyone have any recommendations on simple/heathy recipes that don’t involve making a lot of servings?
