Liver Recipes

I recently got my labs back, and everything I'm low in, beef liver is high in. As wild as my palette is, I've never had liver that I thought was good enough to eat regularly. Anyone have some techniques or recipes that may solve this issue for me? I've never cooked it before, but my grandparents like liver and onions, I always thought it was too metallic. Thanks!
