I want to make a non-dairy ice cream using coconut milk and unflavored gelatin. I can't figure out how much gelatin I need if I'm using 2 14-ounce cans of full fat coconut milk. All the recipes I could find online seem to use varying amounts of gelatin. Also, do I bloom the gelatin in water, or in the coconut milk?
