My son turns 6 next week and I plan to bring a treat for his class. There is a student with a milk and egg allergy, so I can't just buy cake/cupcakes and call it a day. I am nervous about trying to make them a vegan cake because 1. I've never tried it. 2. Kids are brutal. 3. I want them to like it. I am struggling to come up with a festive treat suitable for the class and would love to hear your ideas!
