  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruits

How to make Overnight Coconut Milk Oats with Fruit Cocktail

  • Step 1- Combine oats with milk and water and soak overnight in refrigerator
    To prepare this incredibly easy recipe, all you need to do is mix instant oats in coconut milk, vanilla extract and water in a large bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Keep this oats mixture in the fridge overnight.
  • Step 2- Add honey over the oats mixture
    Next morning, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and drizzle some honey on top of it.
  • Step 3- Add fruit cocktail in the dish and enjoy
    Finally, garnish the dish with fruit cocktail and enjoy it fresh. (Note: If you do not have fruit cocktail at home, then you can also add mixed fruits in the oats mixture and enjoy the dish.)
