Can anyone suggest an easy (few ingredients) sauce to go with a veal tenderloin?

I live in a country where beef stock (or any stock) is difficult to obtain in supermarkets, and I don’t have the time to make it today. I do however have Bisto gravy granules, and of course any fresh veggies/wine etc.
