I am sorry, I can only describe what it was and it was over 10 years ago I don’t know the name. I used to visit this Asian bakery near Elicot City MD where they served these stuffed buns that had potato’s and various other ingredients in them for breakfast. They were kind of greasy and unhealthy so I assume they were fried (and Americanized). The dough was kind of like a bread. It reminded me of a mix between a sandwich and a hot pocket.
