Looking for a decent Irish bread (Barmbrack, soda) or other recipe for St. Patrick’s Day treat to share with family. It will need to withstand a few days in the mail en route to family members. I tried making a soda bread once and didn’t like the texture (probably due to my lack of experience with this type of recipe). Anyone have a tasty go-to recipe they’d be willing to share?
