What’s a good chicken fillet recipe?

I haven’t been able to find a good recipe for chicken fillet (the smaller chicken breasts) or a good bake time.

Any suggestions on seasoning, cook time, oil or butter.

For reference the total weight is .444 KG & there’s 10 chicken fillet.
