My mom used to have a recipe card titled Ravioli Cookies. They were essentially a shortbread cookie shaped like a ravioli filled with a mixture of chopped nuts and chocolates. It’s been a long time but I do believe they were served with a raspberry sauce. I have not had luck with internet searches. Does anyone know another name for this recipe?
