Here is a slightly modified queso dip recipe I have been using for a while.
1 cup of half and half. 1/2 pound of Hoffman hot pepper cheese 1/2 pound of white American. 1/2 cup of hot green salsa.
The Hoffman hot pepper cheese is what makes this easy recipe so good.
I bring the half and half to a slight boil then slowly add chunks of cheese. The smaller the chunks the better. I add the green salsa about the time all the cheese has melted.
Its that easy Queso
