Baked Chicken and White Rice

Does anyone else bake chicken and use some liquids, and spices to flavor the chicken? Then, at the same time cook some white rice and pour the finished baked chicken juices over the white rice? I do, and I was raised on it (flavors can vary). If you do this too, what are your recipes for the juice?
