Hi r/recipes! I'm trying to incorporate tofu into my diet, along with chicken and fish, but I'm bored of chicken and fish. I don't really know much about tofu, but I tried a basic honey Sriracha stir fry with baked tofu last night, and it wasn't bad. But I don't know if I messed it up, because it's super chewy. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to better cook or bake tofu?
