Does anyone have a recipe that I can use as a base to make a shrimp dish made with rum? I'm looking for a kind of drunken prawns recipe or a shrimp dish with a rich sauce. Any shrimp recipe you can recommend would be appreciated. I'd also like to add a chili sauce to the dish.
