Hi everyone. I've recently been trying to cut back my portions in an effort to lose weight, but I can't seem to find any good breakfast recipes that are small enough to not exceed the amount I want to eat each day. The most I will eat on any given day is the volume equivalent of three and a half tennis balls (one at each meal, with the half either being part of dinner or a dessert). What's a good breakfast recipe that won't exceed the volume of a tennis ball?
