I am a very busy person who relies too heavily on take out to function. In trying to eat healthier I know cooking will be it. But I need meals that will transport well and taste good cold (I hate microwave heated meals)
Task made slightly more difficult as I am allergic to nuts and fish. I do not eat dressings or eggs and I am a picky veggie eater. (I will eat cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce, carrots, garlic, zucchini- on occasion- corn and peas and green beans)
