Hello all, sorry if this is not the right location. /r/MimicRecipes seemed more geared towards recipes for mass-produced things. I went on vacation awhile ago and had the most amazing breaded wings. They weren't like fried chicken, but they were certainly cooked by frying and then sauced. Take a look at the pic below and let's all speculate how to get them breaded like this!
