I just started my first cooking job at a high class restaurant and I work on the grill (grilling steaks, chicken, burgers, etc). The owner of the restaurant makes us think of our own specials for the night and I don't really know anything about this kind of stuff, any easy recipes (preferably using steak) that I could use for my specials would help me out a lot Thanks
