Hi,
I followed a recipe online, but it didn’t work.
Here is the recipe :
2 tsp peppercorn
2 tsp flour
2 tsp beef broth
2 tsp chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup 15% cream
Seem easy, but;
- the sauce is too liquid witha this water and cream, I tried adding more flour and it was a total fail... Was too thick when I decided to stop mixing.
- The sauce is white instead of brown. I tried adding more beef broth, but it didn’t really work.
Do you have any idea how to improve this recipe to make a really brown peppercorn sauce?
