Hello r/recipes! During these trying times i've been doing A LOT of cooking and i'd like to try something new since i'm starting to go stir crazy. Does anyone have any bat recipes? I live in an area with a lot of bats and have a couple traps set up to capture them. I was thinking of christening my new grill and just have a few quetions for bat.
- Does anyone know how to prepare bat to be grilled?
- What are good vegetables that goes with bat? I was thinking of just grilling some zucchini.
- How much meat is on bats? How many will I need to feed a family of 5?
