I'm an adult living in a multi-generational household looking for a good use of a whole head of cabbage. My go-tos with it are stir-fry, steaming or thinly grated salads/coleslaw, but I'd like to do something more exciting with it.
We already have more than 64 oz. of sauerkraut in cans and a tub of kimchi, which is why this is such a frustrating opportunity.
