Canned chickpeas is becoming a staple during the lockdown here in France. Here’s homemade hummus that I made for apéro (pre-dinner happy hour). We ate it as a dip for tortilla chips and perishable veggies like radish, carrot and cucumber. Oh, we couldn’t find tahini, so I made « cheatini ».
