I had this delicious white curry with burnt ends at Eem in Portland and I want to recreate it. I found info on the burnt ends but can't find much about the curry. I have info that the curry is typically used with fish in Thailand. It is pretty dang white, not much green or yellowish hue to it. I can't find anywhere a recipe that looks right for a Thai white curry that is used in fish dishes. Could anyone help please?
