As the title says, I've got my hands on some fresh Chillies, I'd like to make a chilli sauce but I've no idea where to start. I've googled this, and there are so many options! Ideally I'd like a dipping sauce, but something that can be added to a pasta etc for extra kick would work as well.
For reference, I have half a dozen Apache, and half a dozen Paper Lantern.
