I am trying to eat less to lose some weight and I hear that rice makes you feel fuller as it expands in your stomach. However I hate rice because it is so flavorless that I just cant eat it. Right now I only eat rice in chicken burritos but I really dont want to do that all the time and I want to try to lower my carb intake by cutting out the tortilla. So I am looking for some high protein meals that include rice so I can eat a smaller meal and save a few bucks by not trying to fill up on only protein. I do mostly eat chicken for my protein as the only red meat I eat is beef and it is usually ground and I do not eat fish or pork. I know I am being picky but this why i am troubled and hoping that some amateur experts can help me.
