Hello everyone! Recently I started a 'change the menu' campaign at my university and I've gotten the director and associate director of housing on board!
They agreed to host a student led cook-off each fall, where the highest rated dishes will be added to the menu the following spring semester!
In the mean time, I told them that I would send them several recipes by Saturday that they can prepare and potentially add to the menu for the spring 2020 semester!
This is where you all come in! I have an amazing sweet n' sour vegetarian meatball recipe that I'll submit, but that's just one. Please send me your all time favorite recipes and they may be enjoyed by thousands of students each year!
Our current vegetarian/vegan options are leave much to be desired, so keep that in mind! But this is NOT limited to just veggie recipes.
