I'm making dressing for about 20 people here in a couple weeks for Thanksgiving. I found a recipe on YouTube and I think it turned out how it was supposed to but not really what I had in mind. It was more of a sausage bread pudding. It tastes good but I'm thinking of something a little more dry. Still want it moist but still chunkier/dry if that makes sense. Anyone have a good recipe that includes sausage and apples? Open to any other ingredients as well. Thank you!!
