Wanting to make some homemade chicken noodle soup. I really don’t care for celery- more of a texture thing than a taste thing since celery really doesn’t taste like anything. Got me thinking- if I skip out on the celery, will it really affect the soup? What purpose does the celery serve in Chicken Noodle Soup??
