I had the best turkey I've ever had last year and the host brined it. It was salty but not too salty. I am hosting TG this year and would love to replicate it but we moved and I can't get the recipe our friend used.

and was also told that baking the turkey with fresh oranges makes it amazing so I definitely would like to incorporate oranges. Does anyone have SIMPLE recipes that'll make an amazing brined turkey or any tweaks to the above recipe?
