Aging eggnog, to add in the whites or not?

I'm planning on making a large batch of aged eggnog and letting it sit for around ~6 weeks before gifting it out. Do y'all recommend adding in the egg whites or leaving them out? If so, how should I incorporate them, and what yolk:white ratio should I use?
