Help Find Lost Recipe "Coffee Toffee Crunch Pie". Recipe was in either Gourmet or Bon Appetit magazine in an article of cooking with coffee and espresso. Was from the late 1980's/early 90s. THIS WAS SO AWESOME. Have lost a part of the recipe and searched web for it but can not find original only similar.
It was in 3 parts, crust, chocolate filling and whipped cream topping.
Recipe had macadamia nuts in the crust, espresso and chocolate in the filling, and I think cold coffee in the whipped cream topping! Thanks!
