Tips for cooking while in high school.

I’m not sure if anybody will see this- but if you do, hello! As the title says, I’m in high school. I sometimes have to cook for myself, but with my schedule, I never really have the time to, so I just eat what my parents have already bought, a lot of which is processed and unhealthy. I don’t want to continue eating like this, but I just don’t think I have the time to cook. Are there any recipes that I can cook that aren’t that time consuming and/or will last for a while (I think this makes sense). I am also open to recipes in general. Thank you!
