My daughter is turning 2 next month, and she appreciates a good cookie. We're having a cookie-themed birthday party for her. Does anybody have a good cookie-cake recipe (like one of the large ones you'd see at the mall)? The above link is the exact pan I was gifted, but I'm wondering if I should just make a giant Oreo like this.
