For years I got most of my recipes from myrecipes.com. They had this wonderful advanced search feature that you could narrow down categories by ticking off boxes. For example on one search I’d tick off Main Dish, then vegetarian, then Vietnamese and then I’d get a bunch of recipes to browse.
Note: I’m not looking for the kind where you put in the ingredients you want to cook with. The only site I’ve found with this feature is Epicurious.com. but their collection is not very extensive.
