I’m recently back from a trip to Brazil where I became quite obsessed with the chimichurri dressing / marinade. I’m still not quite sure which one it is but the churrascarias were serving it on the side. So good! Our group actually got more excited by the chimichurri than the steak (although this was after a few drinks!). It’s not something I’ve come across before (I’m in the UK). Any good recipe suggestions that I can try at home?
