Enjoy Pan Sear Scallops with Simple, Easy, and Healthy recipe

Directions:

Just pan sear a few scallops with oil.

Sprinkle some stir fry green onions on top.

Sprinkle some slightly crushed roasted nut of your choice on top.

add a few drops of lime or lemon juice.
