Looking for recipes to make with a group of seniors

I hope this is appropriate to ask here. I work at a nursing home and some of our residents love when we do some sort of cooking or baking group.

We have about an hour, and I'm looking for something small each resident could put together for him or herself. I would also be ok with something bigger that has multiple parts or steps I could assign them to do, but I would avoid cutting.
