Hello reddit! Anyone have any fourth of july recipes they would like to share??

So I'm celebrating Independence day today after work with some friends. It's a potluck/BYOB type deal. Looking for something relatively simple that I can put together in an hour or so. Any one have any thoughts?! Desserts welcome as well :)
