Hello everyone, I'm looking for a recipe for Cha Trung. Best way to describe it, it's a vietnamese egg meatloaf, usually steamed. Most restaurants serve with an orange/reddish egg top, which is what I'm trying to achieve. Does anyone know a recipe?
