What are some great recipes for cooked oysters? E.g. kilpatrick, mornay

At Christmas we have a ton of oysters and usually serve them raw as well as cooked (kilpatrick & mornay style).

Wanted to get some recommendations on different ways to serve them or your favourite recipe.
