I want to start practising so I can make some for Valentine's day (I know there's a lot of time but I want to make sure I don't do any mistakes in February), however, I can't really find a recipe I'm satisfied with. I just did a test run with this recipe and it was a total disaster. I haven't experimented with chocolate before so I don't know how it should look.
I beg of you I need a recipe to at least start practising, this is very important for me.
