I have about 2 quarts of chicken soup. It's got a pepper, a white onion, seasoned up and no noodles right now. It's tastey but I'm a tad sick of chicken soup as I've eaten a little too much of it lately due to the common cold. Still, I don't want to throw it out. Do you guy shave any suggestions as to what to do with this?
I'm considering making spicy pasta e fagilo (as I added just a bit too much pepper, but I like it that way)...but I'm open to new ideas and suggestions.
