What are your most unique Thanksgiving recipes?

I mean dishes that are absolutely different from the standard Thanksgiving feast but still fits the Thanksgiving/Fall vibes!

I'm talking double chocolate pumpkin spice pies served in individual-sized pumpkins; roasted butternut squash lasagna; wild mushroom and hazelnut stuffing - you name it!

But the name of the game is unique!

I'm thinking of doing a spin on this recipe but with maybe chicken or quail meat! (I haven't decided yet)

This post brought to you by Shokugeki no Soma since I've been watching it waaayyyyy too much

Edit: I just realized that the page to the recipe I linked no longer exists. Essentially, its a meat-based "piggy" pie using a whole quail egg within each individual-sized pie. The recipe normally calls for pork (which I can't really eat) but I want to do a Thanksgiving twist on it and make personal-sized Thanksgiving entree pies while steering away from the chicken pot pie territory. I cook with lots of spices so I want to do something savory!
